BTC-E改名为WEX再度开放平台了

基本上所有介面都跟BTC-E一样，按照官方的说法，只有美金的转入/出需要认证，一定程
度的维持BTC-E的便利性，同时可以直接提领的额度还多给了6%。
如果当初直接抛弃BTCE只能拿55%，但现在WEX可以直接拿61%原价+39%代币，并且WEX代币
交易上线了，算一算如果现才跑的人(连token也半价卖)，差不多能拿回80%左右的资金。
(先跑的人被坑惨了)
BTC的价格目前在WEX被炒的非常高，大概不少人美金卡在里面，所以宁愿亏钱用BTC转出
来。
但也可能是目前还没开放正常转出/入就是了，我转了一点点BTC、ETH出来，不过都没
成功，猜应该是还没完全开放的关系，不知道有没有人成功?

其实我也在这样想，只要WEX营运顺利就可以大赚，而中国那边刚好在逃命，不少人都说
要逃往WEX，照理说应该是没问题，只是还是怕有意外。
