SP2 Curt Schilling 2000-2002 In 2001, he and Big Unit gave Arizona the best one-two combination that anybody could remember, and the pair practically won the World Series all by themselves. SP3 Brian Anderson 1998-2002 The Diamondbacks' first pick in the expansion draft, and the club's best pitcher in that first season, goig 12-13 with a 4.33 ERA for a team that lost 97 games.
