标题[问题] 产品设计与互动设计之差异

大家好
因为最近在准备成大创意所的考试
但之前念的是传播领域
对於一项产品以互动设计或是产品设计的观点感到有些困惑
自己猜测产品是比较偏向外观物质部分
而互动设计则比较偏向软体这样
不知道这样解读方向是否正确
谢谢
以下摘自考题
People use Cellular phones to make money transitions these days.
" Please use your imagination to design a next generation version of
Cellular phone and explain the new features from product design point
of view or from interaction design point of view (choose either one).
