The Uruguayan striker has agreed a move to Depor from Defensor Montevideo, and will be keen to have an impact in Spain. Taborda will be expected to help fill the gulf left by Albert Luque (pictured) - although he is seen as a more orthodox centre forward than the Newcastle man. The Uruguayan has scored 39 goals in the past four years, many of those with his head.
