BALTIMORE -- Online All-Star voting ends on Thursday, but the most significant
event impacting the All-Star Game could be happening on the Atlantic Seaboard.
With Hurricane Arthur crawling up the East Coast, there is a growing
possibility that the Rangers' game with the Orioles on Thursday night could be
rained out. The forecasts are calling for a 70-90 percent chance of rain.

Yu Darvish is scheduled to pitch for the Rangers on Thursday. A rainout would
push him back to either Friday or Saturday against the Mets. Another rainout on
Friday is a possibility.
达尔本来预计周四要对上金鸟，若因雨延赛可能就延後到周五或周六(美国时间)对上
大都会队。(龙卷风Arthur或许也会影响二天延赛)
若延赛一天，达尔周五先发对大都会，休五天可投明星赛;若延赛二天，周六先发的话，
休四天可投明星赛。
Either way, a rainout on Thursday would mean that Darvish would likely get only
two more starts before the All-Star break. One would be this weekend in New
York and the other would be either Wednesday or Thursday in Arlington. He would
not pitch on the final Sunday before the All-Star break and that would make him
available to pitch in the All-Star Game on July 15 in Minnesota.
因雨延赛的话，明星赛前就只能投2场了(大都会,太空人)
不过就可以投明星赛。
With that amount of rest, Darvish could emerge as a prime candidate to start
for the American League. The only other Rangers pitcher to start an All-Star
game was Kevin Brown in 1992. Darvish has been selected to two All-Star Games
but has yet to pitch.
"That's a scenario, but tomorrow hasn't gotten here yet," Rangers manager Ron
Washington said.
