标题[问题] 没看过的虫子

最近房间一直出现这种虫子

（有点不清楚...sorry）
成群的聚集在吸顶灯的罩子里（趋光性？）
会飞，有时候会飞出罩子停在地板上或桌上
不里他的话就停在那里，用手去抓他他就会像暴走一样开始死命爬
我原本以为是米虫
可是我房间里根本连食物都没有啊＝＝
想请问这是什麽虫子？怎麽把他们驱走？
