I wanted to know what you look at when you are shooting, is it the front of the rim? The back? I'm basically trying to pattern my game after yours. Dirk says: "The front. Dirk says: "In the summer I work out twice a day. One is an individual workout with my coach that is very basketball specific (we do lots of shooting) and the other is an hour of cardio.
