Some have already guessed it. This is essentially the 5th 50mm 0.95 design b
y Zhong Yi (so far we had 3 mirrorless designs MK I, II and III for E-mountl
, whereas MK III is now also available for RF and maybe Z and a DSLR version
for Canon EF, which should also be the fastest lens for EF-mount).
This is a completely different design from the other lenses, which it has to
be, thanks to the tiny Leica M bayonet diameter.
It is also a completely different optical and mechanical design compared to
the TTArtisan 50mm 0.95, albeit size and weight are similar.
Whether it is a better or worse performer I can tell you soon :-) - Bastian
