标题[问题] 又是小弟..请教英文能人

关於我要寄给客服..

然後内文是
my account hae an error 我的帐号出包了
game:diabloII exp 游戏名称
server:US west 伺服
account: 帐号
password: 密码
role: 角色名称
error:my role have 27 days to lose 错误情况:我的人物还有27天才会失效
but i can't use it now. 但是我现在却无法使用
server respond the role had been lost 伺服回报我的人物早已失效
but it still have 27 days to lose 但人物依然有27天才失效阿
i don't know what can't i do 我不知道现在该怎麽办
整个就是硬翻...请求英文能手帮看这样老歪看的懂吗=.=?
