(数据是之前在BBC上看来的估计值) 当然身为一个国家元首,往往必须把国家利益摆在前面. 但是我只是一个小百姓, 我身边的许多人也都只是一个小百姓. 身为一个小百姓, 我们看不到 抢不抢到中东的石油对我们有多重要, 我们只知道开着坦克战斗机冲到人家家里 杀人, 是丧失人性与良知的行为. 以上文章并不想引发争辩,只是今天早上又看BBC上美军抱着枪在伊拉克街头跑来 跑去, 旁边一堆连鞋都没有伊拉克人慌张四散 这样画面的感触... : I don't think this is so simple. Certainly the oil was one of the major : concerns. Similarly, France and Germany tried to prevent the war for similar : reasons, the oil. I cannot see what wrong the Prime Minister made. The UK : spent some force in the Mid East, not that much as the US, and got some : control on the oil, which is very important energy resource. : I know this would cause a war and kill many people, however, I would not : give up, unless I were going to receive more arguments about bad economy : due to expensive energy. If there was a war then : they were not going to surrender. To be honest, I do envy this. This has never : happened in democratic Taiwan.
