fastball. He'll receive a $1.2 million signing bonus.

The team already has a few Korean players on the Minor
League roster, including
shortstop Hak-Ju Lee, who Baseball
America ranked as the Cubs' sixth-best prospect heading
into 2010. Last season, he batted .330 at Boise with 25
stolen bases.
Pitcher Dae-Eun Rhee, 20, was ranked fourth
best by the publication prior to the 2009 season.
