"Golden" will be released on May 7 through Capitol Nashville. The Grammy-winning country outfit once again linked up with producer Paul Worley for "Golden," which also follows last year's holiday release "On This Winter's Night." The album will precede the birth of singer-songwriter Hillary Scott's first child, which is due this summer. "Writing and recording this record really took us back to when we first met each other," says Scott, who makes up Lady A with Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley, in a press statement. "When I first met the boys, we spent a lot of time around the piano at the house they lived in at the time. We didn’t really know each other at all, but there was still some magic and then the harmonies – that’s how it all started - that blend of our voices and that blend of our songwriting craft. So, it’s exciting that even on our fourth record, we can still find that." Although a final track list has not yet been announced, but Huffington Post points out that some song titles include "Goodbye Town" and "I'm a Better Man." The group wrote the new batch of songs last year before hitting the studio last August.
