之前想找一个易於修改的 VM 做为我的游戏核心，发现这套系统易於了解和修改。
特别的地方是内建 bytecode 的 trace 功能。

Forth 的 compiler 实作很简单，查表再执行即可。
定义函式用 ":" 开头 ";" 结束。
