以下有一份合约 最後一段有三的空格处 不知该填什麽 恳请各位帮忙 谢谢

personally known to me (or proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence)
to be the person who name is subscribed to within instrument and acknowledged
to me that he/she signature on the instrument the person, or the entity upon
behalf of which the person acted, executed the instrument.
