各位土木的前辈们，大家好，
我现在正在帮云林的离岸工程专案招募工务所内的工地助理（2年制合约），由於地点较
偏远，因此徵才不易，但公司有提供住宿津贴。
希望还是要相关科系背景、有现场经验为佳，并且因为要处理不少文书文件，希望个性能
细心、好相处，再麻烦各位能够帮忙寻才，谢谢！

【工作职缺】
工地助理Site Admin
（contract for 2 years)
【工作内容】
- Assist Project Manager on daily administration work include coordinating me
etings.
- Setting up and maintaining project contact list and email groups
- Document Controller for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retri
eval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical
teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Writing Change Orders, Meeting Minutes, Purchase Orders
- Review all contractor monthly draws and prepare spreadsheets for project dr
aws
- Administrative and clerical tasks
- Setting up meetings for the Project Leaders
- Obtaining project information; permitting requirements, municipal right of
ways, access agreements, etc.
- Assemble the project close out package; Warranties, material information,
project As‐Built, equipment information, contractor contacts, maintenance agr
eements.
- Assist in manpower related matters.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
【徵求条件】
- Graduate in any discipline, Diploma in engineering preferable.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in International Project administration for
multi-disciplinary projects with knowledge of technical and contractual commun
ication requirements of Projects.
- Good oral / written communication skills in English.

【工作时间】
09:00-18:00
【月休】
周休二日

【薪资范围】
依劳基法规定经常性薪资达4万以上面议
