从原文看来，这个program有四个研究/教学主轴，A/E/C business management只是
主轴之一，倒不是program名称。
美国的营建相关研究所，能同时提供这四方面课程的，大概只有UC Berkeley、
Carnegie Mellon，传统名校Purdue和UT Austin这几年也进了环境专长的老师，或许
也有可能吧！我猜对了吗？
