Pop star CHRISTINA AGUILERA is desperate to put her feud with MARIAH CAREY
behind her, and insists she was naive to talk so honestly about their stormy
relationship in the past. The AIN'T NO OTHER MAN told GQ magazine earlier
this year (06) that Carey had been scathing about her on several occasions,
and that the WE BELONG TOGETHER singer made derogatory comments about her at
a party. Carey hit back at the time, saying she would forgive Aguilera's
comments and "keep her in my prayers". Aguilera now tells Allure magazine,
"She hasn't been nice to me, no. "But honestly, I don't want to give her any
more attention by even talking about it." She adds wearily, "Like I said,
sometimes honesty is my downfall."
