(One document may satisfy more than one group.) 以下我只列出几项我们比较可能会有的: Group A - Written Signature: credit card passport social security card Group B - Date of Birth: passport Group C - Social Security Number: social security card (If you don't have SSN, apply for a Temporary Driver's License - you must submit a letter on SSA letterhead with each application, issued within 90 days prior to the date of application, verifying ineligibility for a SSN.)
