助教要我们上台报告每组所负责的实验
而我拿到的实验是ISE (Ion selective electrode)
利用氟离子选择电极测量氟离子浓度
实验中需要加入
TISAB (Total ion strength adjustment buffer ) 当做缓冲液
有人能告诉我TISAB在此种实验的作用 还有他的制备吗
网路上试过找资料了
还有一些书 但所学浅陋看不太懂
麻烦高手相助 THX
