Which one of the following descriptions on the heat of fusion and
vaporization at normal melting and boiling temperatures is incorrect?
(a) The temperatures correspond to 1 atm.
(b) For fusion, the volume change is much smaller than for vaporization.
(c) The difference between the change of internal energy and the change of
enthalpy is very small.
(d) A vapor pressure is attained when the rates of evaporation and
condensation are not equal
