我的 compound 极性超高
TLC CM 10/6 Rf=0.25 10/4 Rf=0.1 10/2 跑不起来
为什麽我选 10/2 呢
因为我只是要把 system 里面的 acid 去掉
column 大概只 packing 5 cm (因为之前做相似物compound可以缓慢往下移动)
eleunt 没问题
compound 是在 methanol 下做的
CM 10/2 溶解度很好
就是一 loading 发现他们如胶似漆......
如果在 TLC 也跑不起来那我就不会 run column......
下次我会试试看直接萃取 (这步我直接抽乾流 column)
但我想先把它分开呀 orz
PS 我原本加大量 chloroform 之後尝试的让 compound 直接溶解再过滤
但抽气过滤发现 抽下来的是澄清 solvent
compound+gel乾乾的紧密结合在上面 囧
所以证明了我的 compound 喜欢 gel 的程度大於他原本应该会溶的 solvent system
让我很苦恼...........
