标题请问一些英译与理论化学的基本问题

大家好 小弟我现在在写一份有关理论化学的英文报告
但是由於我不是理工学院出身的 所以我对许多专业的名词都不清楚
因此 我想请问大家一些英译的问题：
1. 统计力学与分子模拟是
statistical mechanics and molecular simulation 还是 molecular modelling?
2. 生物系统的模拟应该是 the emulation of biosystem吗？
那大型生物仿真系统应该是？
3. 光电物质的能量传输与信息传递是
energy and message transfer of optoelectronic materials?
还有两个观念性问题：
1. 如果我写说 several computational methods based on the principle
of quantum chemistry, such as ab initio, Density Functional Theory
and semi-empirical method, 这样对吗？
2. 我有一段是这样写：
利用ab initio, DFT, semi-empirical跟 molecular mechanics等方法
来执行在两方面的计算：
A. Variation and energy transfer of the microstate in chemical
reaction processes
B. Molecular electronic structure and properties (energy, dipoles,
higher multipole moments, vibrational frequencies, reactivity).
这样写对吗？
小弟我这篇报告并不需要写得很深入 只求写的正确无误 简介尽量完整
请各位高手帮我看看我的问题 并且指出我的观念有无错误 谢谢!!
