关於negative cooperativity一般印象是四级结构有 不过书上提到两种情况发生在三级结构也很常见 恳请板上大大解释一下原因 (1)The protein is a single polypeptide with two lignd-binding sites,each having a different affinity for the ligand. (2)The protein is a single polypeptide with a single ligand-binding site. As purified,the protein preparation is heterogeneous,containing some protein molecules that are partially denatured and thus have a lower binding affinity for the ligand. 顺便一问 上述黄底字是甚麽意思?? --
