这不是分裂
It is caused by thermal induced migration of the surface atoms, causing
the re-construct.
It may also caused by the relaxation of the thermal strain or structure strain
induced by the lattice mismatch, resulting the surface migration as well as
the re-construct.
when the nucleation site is rare on the surface, it could form the island
structure.
