The competition was suspended with half of the Round of 16 ties completed and half with only the first leg played, including Chelsea's. We lost to the German champions at Stamford Bridge on 25 February. UEFA announced yesterday the second leg can go ahead behind closed doors in Germany and today confirmed it would be played on Saturday 8 August at the Allianz Arena. Kick-off will be 8pm UK time. Once the remaining round of 16 ties are concluded, the rest of the competition will be played out as a final-eight straight knockout tournament over an 11-day period in Lisbon, Portugal, from 12 to 23 August. Quarter-finals and semi-finals will be played as single-leg ties. The draw for those stages of the competition were also made today.
