After spells gaining experience of first-team football at non-league clubs, the 19-year-old now has a chance at League Two level for the forthcoming season. Having been at Chelsea since Under-8s, Baxter is an FA Youth Cup winner and has appeared in a successful UEFA Youth League campaign. He has been on loan at the Met Police, Solihull Moors and most recently, at Woking where he was their player of the year.
