'JT is training with the group and that is a big step forward, so if he is playing in a short period time, it will not be a surprise,' Mourinho told Chelsea TV after training on Friday. Though Joe Cole remains on the long-term injured list with his foot stress fracture, theChelsea manager was able report an improving fitness outlook, including recent knee strain victim Wayne Bridge. 'Bridgey is completely fit. He was on the bench the last game, I didn't play him so I protect him but he is fine. 'Petr Cech day after day is getting better. Robben is out and Boulahrouz needs three more weeks to one month but is the normal process of recovery. Everybody is getting okay and everyone is smiling again.' Arjen Robben hurt his ankle last weekend at Anfield, Boulahrouz strained knee ligaments at Villa Park in the first game of 2007. Cup games in the last few weeks have seen Mourinho draft several teenagers into action. Against Forest, that is less likely. 'I used youngsters because at the time they were a solution,' Mourinho explains. It is because we have no more players. 'At this moment we are in a better situation. I think we still have to use one or two young players - Nuno, Woodsy - maybe we need them. 'In attack we are not in a bad situation. Didier is not suspended, Sheva deserves again to play of course. Shaun Wright-Phillips is okay and Salomon Kalou is okay. 'But for the young boys, it is good to be involved.' Following the convincing Carling Cup win midweek, Mourinho calls for more of the same against Forest. 'When I saw the game against Wycombe once or twice again, I think maybe people said it was 4-0 because it was Wycombe, but in my opinion we played very well. 'And we played very well because we played very seriously. And against Nottingham Forest we must do the same. 'They will come here with a dream, if we give a chance they will get a dream. 'If we don't give them a chance it is good for us because we will win and score goals.
