Cech undergoes surgery

Chelsea Football Club can confirm that Petr Cech had a routine shoulder
operation on Monday following the Czech Republic's exit from the World Cup.
The operation was to clear up some minor problems outstanding from last
season and he will be working with the Chelsea medical staff to be fit as
soon as possible.
