时间Tue Mar 7 22:28:55 2006
反正就是老哈自传里面提到,上次欧冠干掉阿森那後我们有发奖金给球员
但这是不合法的
不过调查之後,证明是老哈乱说话

Chelsea exonerated over alleged Hasselbaink payment
Sunday, Mar 05, 2006
Chelsea Football Club have been totally exonerated by the Premier League
over making alleged excess bonus payments to Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
A Premier League statement said:
"A Premier League investigation into
public comments made by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink concerning alleged excess
payments to players has totally exonerated Chelsea FC from any wrong doing.”
The comments, made in Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's biography and repeated in
several national newspapers, referred to alleged events following the UEFA
Champions League fixture between Arsenal FC and Chelsea FC 6 April 2004.
Richard Scudamore, Chief Executive of the Premier League said: "The Board
of the Premier League inquired into this matter back in 2004 and received
previous assurances that there was no case to answer. However given the
detailed nature of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's comments we felt it necessary
to formally re-open the matter and assess their factual basis.
"The Board appointed independent lawyers and forensic accountants to carry
out the investigation and report their findings. The investigation enjoyed
the full cooperation of Chelsea and Middlesbrough officials as well as
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink for which we are grateful. The investigators were
given full access to documents requested — including bonus schedules,
accounts and bank statements.
"The investigation was able to corroborate all the statements made and
concluded that there was no evidence to support the public comments made
by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink in relation to alleged excess payments and
therefore the Premier League Board considers Chelsea FC exonerated and the
investigation closed.
"The Board also concluded that the Football Association will be asked to
decide whether in making these comments Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has any
case to answer."
Chelsea made the following statement on the decision:
"Chelsea Football
Club is obviously pleased that our consistent position on this matter for
nearly two years has been totally vindicated.
Chelsea has been told by the Premier League that their report will be
forwarded to the Football Association for a decision on, whether in making
these comments, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has a case to answer."
