Jiri Jarosik joins Birmingham City

Chelsea midfielder Jiri Jarosik has today joined Birmingham City on a
season-long loan with an agreement for a permanent transfer at the end of the
season.
Chelsea would like to thank Jiri for his contribution and wish him the best
of luck at Birmingham.
He joined Chelsea from CSKA Moscow last January, and was in the starting
line-up for the Carling Cup Final. In all he started six games and came on in
a further 14.
His departure brings the first team squad back down to 25 players following
the arrival of Michael Essien.
