莫里老大周五再度获奖，因为他在04-05赛季 Tissot Managers’Performance
League 排名第一。这个 Tissot 排行榜对92个足球联盟俱乐部的主教练进行排名，
有各种的计算分数方式，其中特别注重连续不败场次、完胜以及客场胜利。
上赛季中莫里老大获颁四分之三赛程的最高分奖，而季末的总成绩也排名第一，
击败温格、Luton 的 Mike Newell、佛格森、桑德兰的 Mick McCarthy，还有周日的
对手 － 维冈的 Paul Jewell
Mourinho was presented with the award and a special watch by the
president of Tissot, Francois Thiebaud, and John Duncan from the League
Managers’ Asssociation who organise the awards.
