这边理解有误。
当低於薪资上限时，会预占薪资空间的CAP HOLD，包括了中产阶级条款。

也就是因为塞尔蒂克用了薪资空间签下自由球员。
所以今年必定没有上述的这些条款，中产跟双年都没有。
签完之後能用的只有
空间中产特例「Room Mid-Level exception」。
今年是4.3M。
This exception is available only to teams that drop far enough below the
cap to use cap room, and therefore
lose their Bi-Annual, Non-Taxpayer
Mid-Level and Taxpayer Mid-Level exceptions.
这边必须要说，裸签是很吃力的。
