Celtics' Walker has arthroscopic surgery on right knee

BOSTON (AP) -- Boston Celtics forward Bill Walker underwent successful right
knee arthroscopic surgery.
The surgery Friday at the New England Baptist Hospital was aimed at repairing
a meniscus tear Walker suffered on the first day of training camp. The team
said no timetable has been set for his return.
Walker also had surgery on the knee last year.
The second-year player averaged three points in 29 games last year with the
Celtics. He also averaged 18.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in the developmental
league.
塞尔提克前锋Bill Walker接受了关节内视镜手术，
手术结果很成功。
周五在New England Baptist 医院进行的手术是针对Walker在训练营的第一天受的伤。
他的膝关节半月肌撕裂了。
当时球队没有为他何时归队订下时间表。
Walker去年也曾接受膝盖手术。
这位二年级生去年为塞尔提克队出赛了29场，场均3分。
他在发展联盟的场均有18.9分与5.3篮板。
