Allen on hold
Though word hasn't come out yet on whether a grand jury investigating
aggravated assault charges against Tony Allen has finished its work, the
Celtics guard’s attorney confirmed yesterday that Allen will be present in
Chicago for tomorrow’s hearing.
Should the grand jury finish by tomorrow, Allen will receive word of
whether he is being indicted.
明天Allen将要到芝加哥聆听陪审团对他做出的裁决
到时将会知道Allen是否会被起诉
Eastman resigns
Assistant coach Kevin Eastman, a longtime college coach who has run a
number of camps over the years for Nike, announced yesterday he was
leaving the team to work full time for Nike as the conglomerate’s No. 2
basketball executive behind George Raveling.
Rivers acknowledged that he is considering Robert Parish – recently
hired by the Celtics’marketing department – as Eastman’s replacement.
