We've got to make changes to our style of play. It's not changes to personnel or anything. We've got a good team. We're in games all the time. It's just that we've got to learn how to finish." Payton said he wasn't speaking out of frustration, but observation, which included some thoughts on Paul Pierce becoming more of a team player.
