其实 Ainge 刚上任就对 Obie 的助理教练团相当冷淡， 这批人大概 会真的一个都不留。话又说回来，现在助理教练团中也只剩几只小猫 而已。 就像前面摘录的，Ainge 对於未来他与教练团关系之预想图，实在让 人看了有点想要撞墙 :P 不过，Ainge 是抓到重点了： "I think the whole staff makes the head coach. Who a coach surrounds himself with is critical. I won't pick those guys, but I'll have input and it's going to be important to me who a coach would want around him." 有这段话在，我想我们的教练团组成应该是很有可看性。 继续看下去： "Being in television the past three years has given me great insight about coaching. Just watching them work and interact has been very beneficial to me... You've got a lot of young players who need to be developed, and you need the right people on the staff to get that done." 我们不需要有一个大教练带领球队前进，我们需要一群好教练帮助球 员发展。而所谓的总教练，也就是这群教练能够尊敬、能够适然地与 之共事的好人（同时具备适当的叫暂停能力与换人），就是这样而已。 --
