其实版主回来几天了，只是数过家门而不入，毕竟最近球队令人伤心.... ------------------------------------------------------------ 球队诸事不顺，可不是能用练兵一语交代的。现在这支球队正在阵痛。 身为阵中为一的主将：Pierce，球队倚赖的攻击重心，Walker不在身边的痛苦， 他是感受最深的： "It's very frustrating," he said. "Too many times we get stagnant on offense. A lot of guys depend on me to make a play every time down the court, and it puts a lot of pressure on me. We have to step up, each and every one of us as individuals, and not depend on me as much. I know I carry a heavy load on this ballclub, but it has to be a team effort if we are going to be consistent and win ball games." 二次进攻与抢篮板也不理想： "We're playing good defense initially, but we're giving up second shots, we're letting teams get crucial loose balls that we need, crucial rebounds. It's not that we are not playing hard or we don't know what to do. It just has to come from everybody mentally. That mental toughness again. We show it sometimes, and then other times we don't show it." 最近Walker不在，Pierce的领导表现才被拿来谈。他是个自我要求严格， 却也对别人有些高标准的人。上一季受挫折的Baker就被他弄得有些不爽。 （当然这一季是没什麽问题了）Pierce算是有些刻酷型的人。 Walker则是那种生性随和，乐与人交，不过有时说得到做不到的人。 这两位真是一对宝。 现在靠Pierce希望人家站出来，说服力得打一些折扣。 我们的先发定型了： Blount, Baker, Welsch, Pierce, James 这一季的目标可以订在乐透了？ --
