CLEVELAND, Ohio -- As expected, the Cavaliers signed rookie guard/forward
Danny Green to a contract, Cavs General Manager Danny Ferry announced Tuesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is believed to be for two years
and $1.2 million.

然合约内容未公开，但一般相信是2年120万的。
Green was the 46th overall pick in the June draft after a playing four
seasons at North Carolina, where he helped the Tar Heels to the 2009 NCAA
title. He averaged 13.1 points on 47.1 percent shooting (41.8 percent from
3-point range) and 4.7 rebounds as a senior and was named to the ACC
All-Defensive Team, the All-ACC third team and the NCAA South Regional
tournament team.

The 6-6, 210-pound swingman finished his college career as the only player in
ACC history to record at least 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, 250 assists, 150
three-pointers, 150 blocks and 150 steals and is the only player in the Tar
Heels history to record 100 or more blocked shots and 3-pointers.

Green averaged 8.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 20.4 minutes per game in five
games, including three starts, for the Cavs in the Summer League in Las
Vegas.
