福音：玛六1-6、16-18 那时，耶稣对门徒们说： 　「你们应当心，不要在人前行你们的仁义，为叫他们看见； 　　若是这样，你们在天父之前，就没有赏报了。 　　所以，当你施舍时，不可在你们前面吹号， 　　如同假善人在会堂及街市上所行的一样，为受人们的称赞； 　　我实在告诉你们，他们已获得了他们的赏报。 　　当你施舍时，不要叫你左手知道你右手所行的，好使你的施舍隐而不露， 　　你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。 　　当你祈祷时，不要如同假善人一样，爱在会堂及十字街头立着祈祷，为显示给人； 　　我实在告诉你们，他们已获得了他们的赏报。 　　至於你，当你祈祷时，要进入你的内室，关上门，向你在暗中之父祈祷； 　　你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。 　　几时你们禁食，不要如同假善人一样，面带愁容； 　　因为他们苦丧着脸，是为叫人看出他们禁食来。 　　我实在告诉你们，他们已获得了他们的赏报。 　　至於你，当你禁食时，要用油抹你的头，洗你的脸，不要叫人看出你禁食来， 　　但叫你那在暗中之父看见；你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。」 反省 　今天耶稣要我们反省我们信仰的动机； 　　最典型又充满自我牺牲的宗教行为应属施舍、守斋和祈祷了吧， 　　然而耶稣要我们去觉察这些行动背後的动机是不是为了自我满足的另一个极端。 　几时我们与天主交往是为了自己的好处，而不是纯然为了天主本身。 　如果是後者，自然会很渴望这些行动是只属於我跟天主独享的私密经验， 　深怕有第三者介入就破坏了它的品质。 　当然，教会也鼓励人甚至规定要有公共的施舍、守斋与祈祷。 　但你知道为彼此深爱的恋人来说，这哪里足够呢！ 　我想这是耶稣推荐我们去经验的深度信仰吧！ 　（姜岭神父） Gospel MT 6:1-6, 16-18 Jesus said to his disciples: “Take care not to perform righteous deeds 　　in order that people may see them; 　　　otherwise, you will have no recompense from your heavenly Father. 　When you give alms, do not blow a trumpet before you, 　　as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets 　　to win the praise of others. 　Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. 　But when you give alms, 　　do not let your left hand know what your right is doing, 　　　so that your almsgiving may be secret. 　And your Father who sees in secret will repay you. “When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, 　　who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on street corners 　　　so that others may see them. 　Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. 　But when you pray, go to your inner room, close the door, 　　and pray to your Father in secret. 　And your Father who sees in secret will repay you. “When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites. 　They neglect their appearance, 　　so that they may appear to others to be fasting. 　Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. 　But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, 　　so that you may not appear to others to be fasting, 　　　except to your Father who is hidden. 　And your Father who sees what is hidden will repay you.” -- --
