Its a measured take on the long-suffering, almost saintly spouse -- and she is able to do it in a really fresh, exciting way. And then, she ages MANY years (very astutely addressing vanity and sexuality) and has that whole extended hospital sequence. Daisy is virtually (Oscar) GOLD.
