Some people are so overly sensitive that they analyze every word that is said, they read between every line, and they pull apart every possible intention to study it. You do this sometimes yourself, Cancer. If something that someone has said or done recently is bugging you, or if you are looking for harmful or hurtful intentions in what was said, you need to stop. Sometimes it is best to just accept what you see and hear for what it appears to be. Trust that the truth will always find you.
