标题[问题] 学院College课程问题

大家好
目前有意於明年就读软体开发的相关College课程
本身大学毕业，有相关工作经验
有上网查了，但不确定要怎麽区分它们的教育程度
我看到以下的科系：
(1).
Centennial College - Mobile Applications Development
Credential是Graduate Certificate
Academic Requirements要求post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science or computer programming
(2).
Centennial College - Software Engineering Technician (Fast-Track)
Credential是Diploma
Academic Requirements要求College diploma or university degree in related discipline
不确定这两个科系它们要求的是高中毕业即可还是要大学毕业才行？
那拿到的分别是学位还是证书呢？
我有点搞混了，希望大大可以帮忙解惑
