The ideal candidates will demonstrate working knowledge of web service tools & frameworks including best practices, will maintain a high quality of design/coding standards, and will be comfortable rapidly iterating on prototypes. Duties and Responsibilities: Working with the product team to develop new features, products, and functional prototypes Coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to access multiple sensor web services Coding Java Spring framework as the backend servers Testing, maintaining, and deploying developed systems Working with application developers and helping to integrate with multiple sensor systems Knowledge and Skill Degree in CS, EE, or related discipline Prior working experiences in web service development using Java Spring Advanced working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, and AJAX Strong understanding of creating scalable and modular backend architecture Experiences with responsive frameworks and cross-platform compatibility Experiences using front-end developer tools for CSS and Javascript Solid understanding of interfaces between front and backend systems Personal Qualities Team player Capable of working independently and or in a team Strong interest in learning and growing Attention to detail Motivated by quality, excellence and results Passionate in developing disruptive technologies to change the status quo Work Environment and Culture SensorUp is an innovative company that provides disruptive solutions to sensor webs and Internet of Things.
