I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for, but the best bet is to
take a walk in the kingston market area (near spanida & dundas)
there are a couple stores there that sell really cheap clothes.. I think
there's a store called Black market (or black store, whatever) where you
can buy as many tops as you are able to fit in a plastic bag, just for $1
And there are tons of food shops there to.
The one is St. Lawrence Market, but it's mostly food..and it's indoor
