我看到的跟您不一样
我从官网进去找Tournament再找Official Documents再看第一项的Regulation
看到的网址如下

The ranking of each team in each group will be determined as
follows:
名次的决定方式:
a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
积分最多的
b) goal difference in all group matches;
全部小组比赛的的净胜球
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
全部小组比赛的进球数目
If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria,
their rankings will be determined as follows:
如果这样还比不出来的话
d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between
the teams concerned;
几只相关球队的对赛成绩的积分
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the
teams concerned;
几只相关球队的对赛中的净胜球
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the
teams concerned;
几只相关球队的对赛中的进球数
g) drawing of lots by the Organising Committee for the FIFA World

其实我一开始也有疑问
我也以为假如最後一局全部踢平 捷克跟加纳会同分 比对赛加纳晋级
不过好像不是这麽一回事 加纳反而屈居劣势
他们如果因此出局 那捷克的Cech在该场比赛的扑救就很关键
加纳队浪费的点球跟一些很好的得分机会(例如三打一)会付出惨痛代价

感觉上世界杯跟欧洲国家杯好像不太一样
(让我想到卡萨诺最後踢进那一球冲到场边庆祝,知道对手踢2-2反而开始哭)
UEFA 跟 FIFA 果然还是有某种程度上的不同
至於同分积分决定名次的方法究竟是UEFA还是FIFA好
还希望有高人来评点^^
