标题[问题] 有关记忆体大小问题?!

我有一个model
经由mesh後
有7千多个nodes，其自由度有2万多个
现在我要提出其[M]、[C]、[K]矩阵
我的指令为
Solution ==> New Analysis \ Substructuting ==>
Analysis Option\ Substructuting \SEMATR\ Stiffness + Mass ==>
Master DOF \ Program Selected \ NTOT(给予总自由度之值)
==> Solve
读取
List ==> Other ==> Superelem DATA ==> KOPT \ Full contents
不过却出现错误，讯息如下
This model requires more scratch space than available, currently 129440089 words(494MB).
ANSYS was notable to allocate more memory to proceed. Please shut down other applications
that may be running or increase the virtual memory on your system and rerun ANSYS.
Problem terminated.
我有到PRODUCT LAUNCHER 调高其MEMORY
Total workspace 改成1024
Database 改成512
提矩阵时
还是有相同问题
想再提高MEMORY可是ansys却不准 囧!
本身电脑记忆体为 2G
这会不会是版本的问题?!
还是其他原因!
请教於各位大大!^^"
