标题[问题] 中文档名编码

大家好，我有个问题想请教

这个程式会产出一个output.zip，其中要里面包含档案要怎麽显示中文档名
我想在output.zip中显示 记事本.exe 而不是 notepad.exe
有试过英文档名没问题，但是直接用中文档名似乎没办法
想请教中文档名要怎麽编码?
