标题[问题] 一直无法连接SQL资料库

请问各位
小弟写C#时, 遇到问题无解 爬文还是没办法解决
想请问大家一下
小弟在伺服器总管进行资料连接
选好 SQL Server 资料库档案, 也选好资料库档名
都用好後按下测试连接, 都会跑出这段
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\DARA\ex0515.mdf failed.
A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or
it is located on UNC share.
请问是我哪边没设定好吗??
求助过Google大神也是无解....跪求版上前辈帮解惑
