标题[问题] 发简讯的问题

我申请了发简讯的服务，取得了一个dll档
我将此dll档reference进去後，"理论上"应该这样就能使用（非socket写法）
但是仍无法成功发出简讯，出现的错误讯息为：
「基础连接已关闭: 无法为SSL/TLS 安全通道建立信任关系」
但是我看此物件传的参数中，连到的Server网址是 http:// 而非 http://
请问会是什麽问题？
我不明究理之下，若加上下列程式码：
WebClient wc = new WebClient();
ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallback =
delegate { return true; };
string s = wc.DownloadString("
http://XXXXXXX/Page.aspx");
就会出现下列讯息：

实际的讯息，上面这行的确是乱码！用Google查了一下，可能是下列讯息：
Invalid or missing protection profile ID in request.
