If things went poorly, he said "Kawabonga!" ------------------------------------------- 简言之 cowabunga是俚语 通常是用在冲浪的一种惊叹用语 是1960年对冲浪者冲过浪冲浪峰的一种庆祝欢呼声 自忍者龟电影的口号而变得流行起来 至於起源 也挺有讽刺的味道在里面 ^^ 在1947-1960年代有个儿童节目叫"Howdy Doody Show" 节目中有一个角色是个印弟安酋长Thunderthud 他的口头禅就是一开头就来个"kawa" 并没有任何语义 (就有点像以前施孝荣讲话都在最後加个"的啦") :p 如称赞人 就说 "Kawa-goopa!" (kawa-good) 至於嘲笑 就说 "Kawa-bonga!"
